📣 Calling all “accidental HR” people
In partnership with Watford & West Herts Chamber of Commerce I am launching the Herts HR Hub, a brand new monthly space for everyone who finds themselves looking after HR alongside everything else.
Maybe you’re a Founder, Finance Director, PA, Office Manager, COO, or simply the person in your business who gets asked all the tricky people questions. If that sounds like you, this is exactly what the Hub is for.
We’ll meet every month, alternating between in-person and online sessions, so you can choose the format that works best for you.
Each session will include:
☕ Coffee and connections (or virtual networking if we are online)
🎯 A mini masterclass on a hot HR topic
💬 Group discussion and peer problem solving
📑 A short legislation update
The first session is in November, in person, with the hot topic Managing Festive Office Events with Confidence. We’ll explore how to enjoy the Christmas season without HR headaches, covering risk assessments, behaviour and inclusion.
In December, we’ll meet online to focus on Reflect, recognise, reset: getting the most from year-end reviews.
